We use many different types of materials in our product development. All materials and processes have different advantages and disadvantages and vary in their impact towards the environment and people making their selection critically important for the specific product. We select the best material and process for which ever stage of the design process you are at whether it is concept modeling, rapid prototyping or full production.

With each material there is generally a range of finishes available too. Many of our products are designed for medical use, harsh environments, chemical resisitance and UV stability all of which require careful selection of materials and finishes to get the best combination of functionality and aesthetics at the right price.
